I Help Christian Families

and Leaders Build What Lasts.

By strengthening the people who carry the unseen weight.

The weight of responsibility without steady support.
Start Here

This doesn’t come from doing too little.

It comes from carrying too much.

Most of the women and leaders I work with are capable, faithful, and deeply committed.
They don’t lack effort, values, or responsibility.

What they carry is more than most people see.

They are often the ones who:

  • Notice what’s off before anyone else does

  • Hold emotional, relational, or spiritual responsibility that others don’t have to, or others are not equipped to

  • Keep things moving when clarity or leadership is missing

  • Absorb burdens quietly and keep showing up anyway

Not because they want control.
Not because they don’t trust others.
But because when something needs attention, it often falls to them.

It looks like being the one who:

  • Initiates the hard conversations at home or work

  • Keeps track of emotional undercurrents others ignore

  • Carries spiritual responsibility when leadership feels thin or uneven

  • Makes sure things don’t fall apart even when you’re already stretched

On the outside, it looks like competence.
On the inside, it feels like never fully being able to put things down.

Over time, this creates a familiar cycle:

  • Responsibility builds and accumulates

  • Support is present, but inconsistent

  • Relief comes in moments, not rhythms

  • The weight returns, heavier than before

This is how good people grow tired without ever feeling like they’re allowed to stop.

The issue isn’t your capacity.

It’s that the weight has never been carried with you in a steady, consistent way.

Learn how this pattern can change

You don't need more teaching.

You need someone who understands what it’s like to carry this, and knows how to guide you.

Most of the women and leaders I work with aren’t looking for information they don’t already have.

They’re looking for help making sense of what they’re living and for guidance that respects the realities they’re facing.

I work with thoughtful, responsible people who have learned to carry a lot, often quietly, and are now feeling the cost of doing so without steady support.

My role is to help you see what’s actually happening, name what you’re carrying, and offer clear, practical direction for how to respond...whether that means making changes, adjusting expectations, or learning how to carry what cannot be changed in a way that costs you less.

This work is both reflective and practical.

We slow things down enough to understand the pattern and then identify the most appropriate interventions for your situation: relationally, spiritually, and structurally.

Sometimes things change.
Sometimes they don’t, but you’re no longer carrying it the same way.

Both matter.

I’ve spent years working with women, families, and leaders in these exact dynamics  where responsibility is high, faith is sincere, and exhaustion is easy to normalize.

What consistently helps is not more effort, but knowing where to intervene and where not to.

Support doesn’t guarantee different circumstances.
It helps you respond to them with clarity and strength.

Find the support that fits your season

Find the Support That Fits Your Season:

People usually begin in 1 of these 3 ways, depending on what kind of support they need right now.

Different seasons call for different kinds of support.
There’s no single right way to begin.
What matters is that you start in a place that meets you where you are.

Ascend: A 12-Week Mentoring Group

Best if you want spiritual and relational alignment.

Ascend is a 12-week guided group that walks women through the most important foundations for healthy alignment, including spiritual wisdom, emotional maturity, and relational health.

This is not situational problem-solving.
It’s intentional growth for women who want to be grounded and steady in how they live and lead.

Janet

Diana created an environment that was safe to share and asked timely questions to help me move though what I was dealing with and into a place of peace and love.

Have we met? I'm Diana!

I help Christian women and leaders navigate family relationships, end toxic thinking patterns, and love who they are.

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Registered Play Therapist, Certified 100X Coach for Kingdom-minded entrepreneurs, Activate Certified Trainer with Prophetic Company and trained in inner healing prayer ministry with over 19 years of experience.

My approach is shaped by both clinical wisdom and theological grounding, with a deep respect for how growth actually unfolds in real lives.

I believe peace is not a personality trait, it is a responsibility that must be stewarded.

You don’t have to keep carrying this on your own.

If this feels familiar, it’s because you’ve been carrying real responsibility often without reliable, steady support.

There is a way to be supported that doesn’t ask you to become someone else, explain yourself, or push past what’s realistic.

You’re allowed to seek clarity, guidance, and steadiness even if the circumstances don’t fully change.
