I coach Christian leaders who carry real responsibility and want honest, skilled help making sense of it. This is coaching, not therapy. My background is 19 years as a licensed therapist and years of prayer ministry.

That is how I coach.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor and a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor with 19 years of clinical work. I am also trained in inner healing prayer and I teach people biblical ways to hear God. My clinical practice is separate, through Redefine. What you get here is coaching, shaped by all of it.
So when you bring me something you have been circling for years, I can help you sort it:

You don't need more information. You need someone who can see things accurately and say it plainly.
That is what this is.
Private coaching
Three months of working this out together.
This is not a course and it is not a session you book when things get bad. It is a container. For three months you have consistent access to me and to everything I have built.

Sixty minutes. This is real work, not a sales call. You will leave with an honest read on what is going on and at least one thing to do about it.
Application
If we both think coaching is right, I will send you an application. It keeps this good for both of us.

Your $297 is applied to your first month. We schedule your first two sessions and you get access to Backstage and the app.

I learned this the long way.
I grew up the child of a first generation immigrant and an engineer, so I learned early how to work hard and do things right. What I did not learn was what to do with relational and emotional conflict. I figured that out the hard way, and then I spent 19 years learning how to help other people do it faster than I did.
I am an author, a speaker, and the owner of Redefine LLC, a group counseling practice in DFW. I am married 22 years and I have two kids. My book Rendered Forgiven hit number one in its category on Amazon.

Not ready for private coaching
Unveiling Heirs is my membership and group program for Christian women. Group teaching, community, and training in hearing God, at a much lower cost.
Questions people ask.
Is this therapy?
No. I am a licensed therapist and that training shapes how I work, but this is not treatment. Coaching is about growth and next steps. Nothing here is diagnosed or treated. If therapy is what you actually need, I will say so and help you find the right person.
Do you only work with women?
Most of my clients are women. Men work with me too and are welcome. The work is the same.
You teach people to hear God. Will I hear Him clearly every time?
No, and I would not trust anyone who promised that. What I can do is help you learn to recognize His voice, test what you are hearing against Scripture, and grow in confidence over time. It gets clearer with practice. It does not become automatic.
What if I cannot commit to three months?
Then this is not the right season, and that is a fine answer. Unveiling Heirs is a good place to start instead.
Do I have to be Christian?
Yes. This work assumes a shared faith. It would not make sense otherwise.
Can I just see you for counseling instead?
Only if you live in Texas and therapy is actually what you need. My license is a Texas license, so clinical work has to stay in state and it runs through Redefine, my counseling practice. Coaching is open to anyone anywhere. They are different kinds of work, and I will tell you honestly which one fits.
Why does coaching cost more than counseling?
You are not buying an hour. You are buying three months of consistent access to me, messaging between sessions, my whole library of trainings from 2019 on, and the app. Counseling is scoped to treatment. Coaching is scoped to your life and your calling, including learning to hear God for yourself. Most people who come to me do not need to be treated. They need someone who can see things in their life clearly and stay with them for a season.
What happens on the consult?
You tell me what is going on. I ask questions. We usually pray. You leave with a clearer read on your situation and something to do next, whether or not you go forward with coaching.
